Release of Liability

By purchasing an item from dreswain.com, the customer has released Dre Swain the company and individual from liability of any injury or allergic reaction caused by Dre Swain products. Information on materials Dre uses to create her jewelry can be found in the FAQ’s and in the product description for each design. The customer is responsible for knowing what they are purchasing as detailed information on the materials used in each piece is provided.

Special Orders

When any item not featured on the homepage is ordered, a 15% special order fee is applied to the order total before tax and shipping.

Shipping

Items are mailed USPS priority mail. Allow 2-4 days for shipment. Every order has a flat shipping rate of $6. International orders are shipped USPS Express Mail (includes insurance for up to $100, tracking number, and is delivered in 3-5 business days) for $35. The customer is responsible for proof reading their shipping and billing address. Dre Swain is not held responsible for any items shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Dre Swain is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. If the product has incurred problems during transit, contact Dre at contact@dreswain.com or use the contact page provided at dreswain.com. For international orders, Dre Swain is not responsible for any additional tariffs, customs fees or taxes. The customer is responsible for these fees.

Returns/Cancellations

If for any reason you decide to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please contact Dre via the contact page and she will send you return instructions.  

Returned items must be unworn and undamaged. Dre Swain is not responsible for damage to pieces after receipt of purchase. The purchase price will be fully refunded in the same manner the original purchase was made. Refunds directly to credit cards are unavailable, so refunds will be made via check. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Store credit is also available.
